What we do

Productions

Active Bystander Training KS4 & 5

“Step In/Speak Up” explores peer-on-peer abuse and the societal pressure that prevent students from being active bystanders. We empower students to intervene safely when faced with potential violence against women and girls, (VAWG). Students also gain the confidence and communication skills to address other forms of violence or discrimination and report incidents. We explore how to approach friends and peers who are displaying problematic behaviour, as well as friends who may be victims of domestic violence.

Vaping & Nicotine Addiction KS3

“Hooked” positively challenges attitudes and explores the effects of addiction, vaping and smoking. Using hard-hitting drama and emotional engagement, we show the potential consequences of peer-pressure and influence, risk-taking behaviour and short-term decision making.  “Hooked” has been developed with guidance from Public Health Specialists and the NHS.

Safe Active Travel KS2

“Abbie Ayre and the Shed of Science” investigates the causes and concerns of poor air quality and promotes safe, active travel to primary schools. Offering pupils practical advice about how walking, cycling and scooting all make a positive impact on health and the local environment, this interactive show supports Modeshift Stars and Tfl’s Travel for Life Projects.

Pedestrian Safety KS3

As young people start to use the roads independently, “Streetwise”, gives them the opportunity to explore risk, responsibility, and consequences as a pedestrian.

Passenger Safety KS3

Injuries and deaths from road traffic collisions devastate lives. Not just those of the victims, but of their families and friends too. By changing the way young people behave as passengers in cars, “#YOLO” encourages students to recognise risks and take responsibility for their actions.

Young Driver Safety KS4 & KS5

Staying safe behind the wheel involves learning how to stay in control of yourself as well as your vehicle. By creating this awareness in young people, “Braking Point” is able to make a positive difference to young drivers and passenger behaviour.
